Just received a new snowmaster 824 and decided to start it up to see how it runs, it sounds like there is.
This can be due to a lack of fuel ( blockage ) or excess air ( leak at manifold ).

The new ones don’t look the same, but fit and work as intended.

It does not have an idle circuit as it runs only at full bore.

Webdec 18, 2010 · first thing you do when you have a surging engine is to grab the governor linkage and hold it.
