He won't start his preaching the the people inside and he won't leave the inn at all unless i get married.

Webmaramal is a redguard priest who can be found in the bee and barb or in the temple of mara in riften.

I handed out the flyers for mara but is there anything i need to do to get him to talk to me about marriage?

I've been stalking the temple of mara for a good week now, and i can't find the dude anywhere.

I'm trying to get married in skyrim, however i ran into a problem (most likely a bug?):
