When someone orders an item for local pickup what should you do about the shipping?

Webis there a way to add an option for local pickup so it doesn't charge shipping hate?

In the open orders tab, you'll see a list of your sales that you haven't completed yet.

Select the complete order.

Or a way to refund just the shipping to ppl who want local
