I got the hp tuner with the unlocking device on my 2020 2500 chevy.
Webi am not sure how this is done on the l5p.
Webi'm on group forums for the delete l5p's but i just don't trust the tuners out there to do the work.
As for if you have to buy it in tandem.
I suspect the edge evo ht2 is probably the best.
