Customer bring the truck for no start issue, previous techs used autometer and found no.
Weboct 5, 2024 · when the ‘starter blocked shift to neutral’ message appears in a freightliner cascadia, it indicates an issue with the transmission’s neutral safety switch.
Starter blocked message won’t turn.
Turn it back on and see if it will start.
Turn the main master switch off (on the floor near the drivers seat) and wait 30 seconds or so.
After a few seconds they both go away.

After playing with the shifter mode button i was able to get it to register it.
